This Privacy Policy describes how NovaSpire Infotech ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the PBO ESPORTS mobile application (the "App"), collects, uses, shares and protects your information. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account details such as first name, last name, username, email address and/or mobile number.
• Referral code and profile details you add or update.
• Payment details such as UPI ID, provided when you request a withdrawal.
• Messages, complaints or feedback you send to our support team.

Information generated by your use of the App:

• User ID, session ID and login status.
• Match participation, kills, rankings, coin balance and transaction history.
• Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

Device and usage information:

• Device model, operating system version, app version, language, IP address and crash/diagnostic logs.
• App usage and interaction data collected through Firebase Analytics.
• Advertising ID and ad interaction data when ads are displayed.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To run tournaments and matches, and to display rankings and statistics.
• To credit rewards and coins and to process withdrawal requests.
• To send notifications about matches, results and account updates.
• To provide customer support and handle complaints.
• To detect and prevent fraud, cheating, multiple accounts and misuse, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
• To display ads and rewarded ads, and to improve the App's performance, security and user experience.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics) - firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google Play Services - policies.google.com/privacy
• Advertising networks integrated in the App (for example Google AdMob and other ad partners) that may use the advertising ID to show ads.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers that help us operate the App (hosting, analytics, notifications, ads).
• When required by law, court order or a valid government request.
• To protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the App, including fraud prevention.
• Your username, rank and match statistics may be visible to other players on leaderboards and in matches.

5. Permissions Used

• Internet and network state: to connect to our servers and check connectivity.
• Notifications: to send match and account alerts. You can turn this off anytime in your device settings.

6. Advertising

The App is supported by ads, including rewarded ads. Ad partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Settings > Google > Ads.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Some records may be kept for a limited period after deletion where required by law or for fraud prevention.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

• You can view and update your profile information inside the App.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
• You can disable notifications and manage advertising preferences in your device settings.

10. Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Send an email to playt24x@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your username or registered mobile number. We will process your request within a reasonable time (generally within 30 days).

Data deleted: profile details, contact details, UPI ID, notification token and account login data.
Data that may be retained: transaction and withdrawal records and fraud/ban records, for the period required by law or to prevent abuse.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has provided personal data, we will delete it and may close the account.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
